These vintage sterling silver tongs or nips are the classic fiddle pattern - a simple style with little decoration. The handle is wider towards the top and tapers towards a slight arrow design right above the spoon shaped ends.
This beautiful set of demitasse spoons feature a colored Bakelite coffee bean at the end. They are in their original box.

This is a pair of sugar tongs or nips made by Jonathan Bell & Sons of Sheffield, England in the mid to late 1800s. The tongs have a pretty oval on the upper portion with flourishes and dots below. The tongs are shaped like claws.
