Vintage Silver Demitasse Spoon with Bakelite Coffee Bean Finial Made by Marson
Small silver demitasse spoon with a black Bakelite coffee bean on the end. The spoon has the monogram “FGC” and “1925” in the bowl. Made in 1924 in Birmingham, England based on the lion passant, lowercase “z” and anchor hallmarks. The maker is Marson & Jones. Purchased by my grandfather when he went to England and Scotland in the late seventies.
I have chosen not to clean or polish this item. I love the beauty of the aged finish and patina and will leave it up to the buyer to clean and polish.
