Vintage Otagiri Trinket Dish Made in Japan Stoneware Bowl
This vintage dish was hand crafted in Japan by Otagiri. The shallow cream stoneware dish has dark brown speckles and a dark brown painted stripe around the rim. On the bottom of the dish is a botanical design of pale green leaves and orange-red berries. The design is similar but not identical to the Bittersweet line of ceramics also by Otagiri. These small ceramic dishes serve so many purposes - a candle holder, a trinket dish for your vanity, a place to hold spare change, fun storage in your office or craft room... the list is almost endless.
Markings: gold foil sticker on bottom: “Hand Crafted Otagiri Original Japan”
Condition: Like New Vintage Condition. No chips, cracks, crazing or signs of repair.
