Vintage Convertible Clutch Handbag by Garay from the 1950s
The perfect little black bag to match your little black dress. This vintage purse was made by Garay in the fifties. The exterior is a matte satin grosgrain fabric, with a structured square handle. The clasp and fittings are gold tone metal.

Condition: Very Good Vintage Condition. Very minor imperfections or snags to exterior fabric, mostly noticeable in very bright light. Interior of bag has an area where the handle has rubbed on the fabric covered closure. These areas are not noticeable when the purse is closed. Interior lining has small flecks of silver embedded in lining. One area on clasp where finish has rubbed off exposing bare metal below.
