Vintage Franciscan Indian Summer Serving Dish from the 1960s
This is a vintage serving dish from the 1960s made by Franciscan china. It would be a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving table or autumnal decor. The rectangular china casserole dish is a part of the Indian Summer line of Franciscan china. It is white with leaves in shades of brown, yellow, green, tan and orange scattered across each side as if they are blowing in the wind. The dish is a good size for vegetables, sides and condiments.

Condition: Good Vintage Condition. No chips, cracks, crazing or signs of repair. Light markings from storage on underside of dish - these can often be removed with a melamine sponge like a Magic Eraser. One white mark on a tan leaf on one long side of the dish which appears to be a minor defect from manufacturing. Light, shallow scratch creating a white mark on a dark brown leaf on the side opposite. You can feel it if you rub your fingernail across it but it cant be felt with your fingertip.
