This vintage solid brass basket was made in India. It featured a rippled edge with an abstract etched design of grass, leaves and flowers. The scalloped handle is hinged and This piece was purchased by my parents in the seventies or eighties.
I have chosen not to clean or polish these items. I love the beauty of the aged finish and patina and will leave it up to the buyer to clean and polish.
Markings: clear sticker on bottom “Solid Brass Hand Made in India”
Condition: Very Good Vintage Condition. no scratches, dents or signs of repair. Light sticker residue on one side of the handle.
