Vintage Paper Doll Set from 1966 PeeWee Doll Box Uneeda Doll Company - 85 Pieces
This vintage paper doll set from the 1960s was obviously well loved by a young child in the 1960s. The cardboard dolls (all Caucasian) include a redhead, two blondes, a brunette and silver haired girl. Four plastic stand allow the dolls to stand on their own.
I am unaware how many pieces of clothing came with this paper doll set, but there are still 31, quite a few in the set, most with one matching accessory, hat or bag, of which there are 38 pieces. There are several international costumes and pretend play costumes, as well as every day clothes.
By far the most charming part of this set of paper dolls are the 7 outfits carefully made by a previous owner. They look as though they were painstaking designed, cut out and colored and I just adore them.
31 outfits
38 hats, bags and accessories
7 home made outfits
5 dolls
4 stands
All pieces are now stored in acid free plastic bags.
