Vintage Franciscan Tulip Time Earthenware Dinner Plate
This vintage dinner plate by Franciscan features the "Tulip Time" pattern. A pretty Dutch inspired design of a large teal blue and green tulip is in the center with aqua blue and chartreuse green stripes around the rim.
